Shipping policy

We strive for the best customer service experience, and try to get orders out as soon as possible. Our website is close to accurate on availability, but not perfect. If there is an item that you need immediately and cannot wait, please contact us before ordering to check availability.

SHIPPING:

  • Allow 1-4 Business Days for product to be shipped.
  • To receive order confirmation, shipping tracking, or any other order notifications, an e-mail address must be entered at checkout.
  • Free shipping promo orders will be shipped via Checkerd Sports selected shipping service. Free shipping does not include expedited, priority, or next day shipping. 
  • Checkerd Sports is not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to buyer failing to update their address on paypal accounts, other payment accounts, or mistyped the address on transaction.
  • Checkerd Sports is not responsible for packages sent back due to wrong address format, insufficient address, wrong address, or buyer availability to receive package. Buyer will be responsible for re-ship cost.
  • Buyer is responsible for re-shipping if package is missed and sent back. Tracking numbers are always sent to email on order.
  • Checkerd Sports is not responsible for packages stolen from delivery address. Check your tracking to receive packages safely when they are scheduled.
  • Checkerd Sports is not responsible for any packages sent to any third party forwarder, including hotels.
  • If product is broken during shipping and it is shipped via USPS, Buyer may have to take broken product to nearest post office for proof in order to claim insurance and receive a replacement. This is a new USPS policy that was made, not Checkerd Sports. Checkerd Sports used to take care of the claims, but now USPS wants it done this way.
  • USPS First Class and ground advantage does not include insurance.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping returns, unless approved by Checkerd Sports.
  • Checkerd Sports website is setup to be cost effective for buyers, due to this Checkerd Sports might change which shipping service buyer selected, this will be at Checkerd Sports discretion. Contact Us if you really need your order shipped a certain way.
  • High priced orders and larger packages will NOT ship USPS, these orders/packages will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. If you select USPS, Checkerd Sports has the right to change shipping method. This will be at the discretion of Checkerd Sports, contact Us if you really need your order shipped a certain way.
  • Orders that require pallet shipping will be dealt by case by case.
  • Shipments to Hawaii or PR using USPS Ground sometimes get delayed, we recommend you use USPS Priority for these states.
  • USPS Ground is not the most time reliable service and sometimes gets delayed. If you need a package by a certain date we recommend using UPS.
  • If a package gets delayed, or stuck at a distribution center, there is no support to move it along. Most of the times you just have to wait it out. This happens sometimes with USPS Ground. Checkerd Sports cannot file a lost claim until 20 days after a package has not moved.
  • Checkerd Sports is not responsible for your poor planning. If you need a product by a certain deadline, plan ahead! We do our best to get packages out in one business day, but sometimes life happens, weather delays, shipping delays, etc.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • All free shipping is only included for U.S.
  • Internationals orders may NOT have tracking outside the U.S. USPS Does not guarantee tracking outside U.S.
  • Checkerd Sports will not be responsible for lost packages outside U.S.
  • Checkerd Sports is not responsible for any packages sent to a forwarder or any third party.
  • Buyer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs charged outside the U.S. We do not pay any fees up front, any extra taxes or tariffs are the buyers responsibility.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping returns, unless approved by Checkerd Sports.
  • Please Contact us for International shipping quotes.
  • No returns on International orders.

COVID 19 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Due to Covid 19, Checkerd Sports will only ship INTERNATIONAL orders at BUYERS OWN RISK of delays, lost, or returned packages, Checkerd Sports will not be responsible. Check your countries current shipping status.

Due to Covid 19, delivery drivers are not capturing signatures. We normally include a signature required for high dollar packages. During Covid we will NOT include any signature required on packages. Please make sure to check your tracking so you can receive your package safely.
