Refund policy

Our website is close to accurate on availability, but not perfect. If there is an item that you need immediately and cannot wait, please contact us before ordering to check availability. There is a transaction fee on all returns or cancelled orders.

ONLINE RETURNS:

  • All returns must be approved through Checkerd Sports before being returned.
  • Returned product(s) must be in NEW or SAME condition as they left CS.
  • ALL returns and cancelled orders will be charged a transaction fee of 10%. If you order something and change your mind before it ships, we still get charged a processing transaction fee and spend time working on your order. If the order was processed and packaged then a re-stock fee of 25% will be charged.
    If you must have something immediately, contact us for availability before ordering. If you order and change your mind few days after waiting, you will still be charged a transaction fee. If you can't wait for an item and you didn't check stock first, you will still be charged a transaction fee.
  • If order is refunded due to fraud analysis conclusion being high risk of fraud, there is still a transaction fee of 10%.
  • Restocking Fees: Upon return approval by Checkerd Sports, there will be a 25% restocking fee on priced items. Restocking fees are charged after an order has been processed and packaged, with the exception of made to order, or custom parts with known wait times.
  • Payment Plan Returns - If payment plan option is used as payment, refunds are subject to higher fees and longer refund wait time. Restock fee will be around 35%.
  • Free shipping items returned are subject to a shipping fee Checkerd Sports paid to send the item originally.
  • All returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned to Checkerd Sports within 14 days of receiving. Please call/email within 2 days.
  • No returns on items bought at a discounted sale price.
  • No returns on custom made to wait items after order has been made.
  • No returns on electronics (Heat Shrink included), all Checkerd Sports electronics are tested, whether new or used.
  • No returns on Car Audio wiring harnesses, double check to make sure it will fit your vehicle. Contact Us if you have any questions.
  • No returns on special order items. Special order items are items normally not stocked by Checkerd Sports.
  • No returns on custom hand made parts.
  • No returns on CS Fab parts
  • No returns on stickers / decals.
  • No returns on any engine components.
  • No returns on oil, brake fluid, or any fluids.
  • No returns on brake calipers, clutch master cylinders, or slave master cylinders.
  • No returns on wheel bearings.
  • No returns on Lug nuts


USED JDM PARTS / USED JDM ENGINES:

  • No returns on JDM used parts or engines, sold as is.
  • JDM used engines are for RACE / OFF ROAD purpose only.
  • JDM used engines come with 30 day Start up warranty only. Must be installed by certified garage.
